House La Vieja

La Vieja is a typical Spanish farmhouse, traditionally built and carefully renovated with the emphasis on comfort and privacy. Only a half hours drive to the coast, La Vieja is perched on the edge of the Mesa de Solano.

Its situation offers stunning views across the eastern Axarquia. With its panoramic views and endless blue sky, you really feel on top of the world when taking your holiday in La Vieja.

Holiday home in summer and winter

The house sleeps four and comprises: two bedrooms, plus a spacious kitchen/diner and lounge. At the rear of the house is a secluded sun terrace with views of the Sierra de Almijara and its highest peak Maroma. For those preferring winter breaks to the heat of summer, La Vieja features a wood burning stove, making it ideal for a cosy winter holiday.

Guests at La Vieja may place orders for organic vegetables from our private garden; seasons depending. We also offer free range duck eggs and organic honey to order. Orders may also be placed for organic olive oil and many other locally farmed products.

La Vieja is ideal for a holiday break or a working retreat. Internet is available. Bring your own laptop.
